What is the minimum order quantity?+
Most products: 25 units minimum for branded corporate orders. Custom merchandise: 50 units. Ready-to-ship: no minimum.
Can I customize products with my logo?+
Yes. Debossing, foil stamping, engraving, screen printing, and embroidery available.
How long does delivery take?+
Ready-to-ship: 3–7 business days. Custom-branded: 10–15 business days from artwork approval.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within India only. For overseas gifting enquiries, please contact us and we will advise what is possible.
Can I see samples first?+
Yes. Sample kits available at nominal cost, credited against your final order.
What is your return policy?+
Ready-to-ship: returns within 15 days, unused. Custom/bulk orders: non-returnable unless manufacturing defect.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Yes. Every order ships in signature premium packaging. You can also add a greeting card and premium gift wrap (champagne ribbon & wax seal) when you personalise — at no extra cost.
