Orders and Payments
All orders are prepaid and must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR) before we process or ship your order. We do not offer cash on delivery, EMI, or international currencies. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. PENO does not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details — payment information is entered directly with the payment provider. An order is confirmed only after successful payment capture.
Shipping
We ship within India to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery timelines shown on product or checkout pages are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping fees and any free-shipping threshold are shown before you pay. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or your designated address, as applicable under Indian law.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
