Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order has shipped by emailing info@peno.in with your order number. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible — please see Returns below. If we cancel an order (for example, due to stock unavailability), we will refund the full amount paid to your original payment method.
Returns
Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 15 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Contact us at info@peno.in with your order number and reason for return; we will share the return address and instructions. Personalised, custom-branded, perishable, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective — contact us with photos and your order number and we will advise.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed manually via our payment gateway to the same method used at checkout and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider. All prices on peno.in are in Indian Rupees (INR); refunds are issued in INR. We do not offer store credit unless you request it and we agree in writing.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email info@peno.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@peno.in with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of your request. Our team typically responds within one business day.
